Home Team advantage 

According to the State of Florida, Mr. Livingston started Home Team Advantage Inc.  April 1999, (See Offical Papers) while he was still CEO of Homeco.  (Official papers  Officers in 2000) October 31, 2003 Hillary and Doug Livingston are removed as officers of Home Team Advantage Inc. and John Ostendorf takes the role of president. (See official papers)

According the Sun-Sentinel dated August 5, 2007 “Livingston, HomeCo's chief executive officer, has said he is a subcontractor with Home Team Advantage.”

Indecor Inc.
Papers filled with the State of Florida in April 2003 shows that Doug Livingston has a new corporation called Indecor Inc(See Papers)   This company is currently registered at the same address as Home Team Advantage Inc and Kitchen and Bath Outlet Express.  In April 2007 Doug Livingston is still listed as President of this company. (See Papers) 

 John Ostendorf (CBC 1251699):

Current president of Home Team Advantage Inc.

Mr. Ostendorf  is also waiting trail for:

Over 60 counts of Grand Theft*

These charges are in connection with Mr. Ostendorf’s  connection HomeCo Unlimited Inc.

According the Sun-Sentinel “Ostendorf, Home Team Advantage's president, has said he was a subcontractor for HomeCo. Livingston, HomeCo's chief executive officer, has said he is a subcontractor with Home Team Advantage. Customers of both companies said they dealt with both men during their remodeling jobs.”

Mavis Barclay 

 

Listed as president of HomeCo Unlimited Inc.  According the Sun-Sentinel “Mavis has given up his contracting license and taken a plea deal to testify against Ostendorf and Livingston.” 

On Tuesday February 26th 2008 a mistrial was declared in  Jonh Ostendorf’s and  Doug Livingston’s Trail.  According to the an article in the Sun-Sentinel a new trail date may be set at an April 21st hearing.
